Refund policy

Return Eligibility
Due to the consumable nature of our products and strict health and safety standards,
we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unsealed supplement bottles.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the exact same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be
initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue
and make it right. If you received a damaged product, please email us at Person with
a photo of the damaged item and your order number.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the
refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund.
